Homemade CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!

Well hello everybody!! how have you been doing lately?

 For today's post i decided to do something different,  i thought of starting a new page! something different from what i initially planned to do with my blog (which was fashion, make up related), i decided 'hey! why not start a page for chocolate and maybe other types of food!'
 and that is why TODAY  i present you with HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!! <3 ( i <3 chocolate)
It is super easy to make so don't worry you can do it! :)

All you need is (ingredients)
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of  baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
12 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar  (since i did not have brown sugar at the time i used 1 cup of white sugar >-< it works )
1 egg  + 1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips / chopped cooking chocolate (i have used it here for example)

It makes around 20-30

Directions
1. In one large bowl add flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
2.Melt the butter and put it into another bowl/ or electric mixer and add the both sugars and mix.
3.Once the butter and sugar is combined well add the egg and the egg yolk and continue to mix.
4.Mix in the vanilla, once everything is mixed together add the flour mixture and combine well.
5.Gradually while mixing add the chocolate chips/chopped chocolate and combine well.
6.Preheat oven to 350*F. and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
7. Scoop the batter ( desired amount with a spoon) onto the parchment paper lined baking sheets.
8.Bake cookies, one baking sheet at a time for 10-12 minutes.
9. Remove the cookies from the oven when the edges of the cookies are just BEGINNING to get golden brown, and the centers of the cookies appear slightly under-baked.
10. Allow the cookies to cool about 5 minutes on the baking sheets, and they will continue to cook, and firm up.

From all the recipes i have tried this one has to be the best..

Quite recently 'The Face shop' opened a branch quite close to where i lived, so today i decided to do my very first skin care review on 'THE FACE SHOP - Herb day 365 Cleansing foam' In PEACH!

SO as you know the THE FACE SHOP has a line of  'Herb day 365 cleansing forms'  from what i know there are 6 types of cleansers which are in...
  1) Aloe
  2) Acerola
  3) Mung Beans
  4) Peach
  5) Lemon
  6) Spearmint

I bought the type which was in Peach.

Price: approximately  $5 (US).
Size:  170ml/ 5.74 fl. oz.
Skin type:  For all skin types.
Suggested for: Dead skin cells
Description: A mild, natural cleanser, which brings more dampness with nine herbs and organic acid.
Application: Get adequate amount for foam. Gently place it all over the face and rinse it off with clean water.
Qualities: - PEACH: This cleansing foam penetrates deep into the skin accessing all your pores to remove impurities and buildup that can lead to clogged pores and blackheads. Derived from sweet peaches and several other skin nourishing herbal extracts, this cleansing foam is great for everyday use and will leave your skin feeling soft and youthful.



MY REVIEW

I have been using this cleanser for more than 2 weeks and i actually really like it, it may not do great justice but you have to take it into account that cleansers are one of the many steps you have to take if you want to get clear skin ( in this case to get rid of acne etc)... i have been using this product almost daily as a morning and night cleanser and i especially like it because it does not make my skin to break out ( i have very sensitive skin), And the herbs in this cleanser also makes your skin feel really soft and nourished which gives really good results. :)

Pro's

•  It has a very light, mild scent so it won't bother any one who is sensitive to smell.
• It cleans your face fairly well.
• It leaves you skin feeling really soft. ( which i really like a lot)
• Does not make your skin brake out.
• You can use this for a long time since you only need very little each time you use it.
•  The size and price is a huge Bargain. 

 Recommend-  In my point of view i greatly do recommend this product for those who are just starting to get clogged pores/ Black head/ acne etc  this product will definitely benefit them in the future.
                       -  And for others who already have these problems it will definitely help to control future breakouts and to keep your face clean..

Would i repurchase this product again- Definitely! It is a very good product, for a really good price.
Rate- I would rate it a 9/10 ( i took 1 off since it won't clear your skin completely if you are seriously prone to acne) but all in all, i really like this product and recommend it for everyone :)

Well hello everybody! 

so.. .. where should i begin.... hmmmm.. well i will start off with why i decided to start my very own blog.....i like many of you'll have always found a lot of inspiration from youtuber's... in my case beauty gurus (on YouTube) and i have always been inspired on how they grew day by day, just expressing themselves and being true to themselves and to others around them & being comfortable in their own skin and sharing and inspiring others the same way.........
And with that said i believe that God has given all of us many unique talents that we should learn to embrace and be thank full for, if not, who would we be today? even if we have a hard time we learn from our mistakes in order to face the future, nobody's perfect, we all have flaws (myself included!) even you, but that's how we were born, that's how God created us... we live in a world full of choices and God has given us the freedom to choose our own path, guiding us and supporting us along our journey, even if we stray away from whats right he will guide us back on to the right path...
we all have been given the power to make a difference in this world, even the smallest difference may change one persons whole point of view and it would mean the world to them and i believe that even small things can make a huge difference in this world, and like so my dream is to make a difference, to help people in time of need, to inspire others like those who have inspired me to be who i am today and to share my interest in beauty and fashion & one day i hope to open my own YOUTUBE channel (tehee.. can't wait) but for now i hope you continue to stick with me on this journey at SEASONSBLOSSOM!!!
